The development is a single storey warehouse with 3 storeys of office and other ancillary buildings, built on a land area of 7.02 acres within the Malaysia International Aerospace Centre (MIAC) Technology Park in Subang, Selangor. The built-up area for this development consists of 200,000 square feet of warehouse and office. This development was completed and handed over from Axis to Upeca in February 2019.
