Established in April 2014 through the merger of GE Professional Services and WK IBS Consult, we have since gained a prominent reputation for providing comprehensive one-stop consulting services to meet our clients’ needs.
Ir. Yong Wee Kong has over 24 years of professional experience in the field of Civil and Structural Engineering. His background is in project planning, documentation, structural and infrastructure design, coordination with the client and consulting team, and supervision of large residential and mixed development projects. He specialises in the detailed design of prestressed and precast structures, high-rise structures and industrialised building system (IBS).
During his tenure with JEKS Engineering as the Head of Design Department, his work covers structural system development and optimisation engineering in precast system design, the feasibility analysis of product selection and feasibility studies for manufacturing operations. His industry experience includes Schenker Logistic Hub, Q-Cell Solar Fab Factory, 1500 apartment units for “Iskandar Housing”, 19-storey medium-cost apartments (212 units) at Mont Kiara and more.
In August 2012, he founded WK IBS Consult, which later on merged with GE Professional Services in April 2014 to form WK & Partners Consult Sdn Bhd together with his partners.
Ir. Lee Chon Yee has more than 15 years of experience in numerous industrial and commercial projects in the region. He has substantial experience in high-rise structures, precast system design, steel and industrial structures. He specialises in detailed design of steelwork and industrial structures, prestressed and precast structures.
His work covers precast systems, industrial and steelworks, high-rise structures, highways and bridges. His professional experience includes IKEA Stores (Jalan Cochrane, Kuala Lumpur), BRT Sunway, Seremban-Gemas Double Railway and more.
Ir. Law Sek Hui has over 20 years of professional experience in design and project management for medium to large-scale project development. Ir. Law’s expertise includes managing and coordinating projects, ensuring that the projects stay on track to achieve completion according to the targeted date.
She specialises in detailed design and documentation of reinforced concrete, commercial development and building, industrial, commercial building, and high-rise structures. Her early experience includes the new UCSI International School campus at Bandar Springhill, Port Dickson, completion of an office building and external works for a government building at Putrajaya, extension, and enhancement works at The Curve, Mutiara Damansara, Kota Kinabalu Airport, and more.
Ir. Law founded GE Professional Services Sdn Bhd in 2012, which later merged with WK IBS Consult to form WK & Partners Consult Sdn Bhd in 2014.
Teoh Chee Hui has substantial experience with numerous industrial and commercial projects in the region. His background includes high-rise structures, bridges, highways, and steel and industrial structures.
His speciality lies in the detailed design of steelwork, industrial structures, and reinforced concrete structures.
His industrial experience includes LF Logistics Warehouse at Shah Alam, Selangor, Proposed Commercial Mall, a 30-storey condominium and 27-storey hotel at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Double Tracking Gemas-Johor Bahru (KTM Railway), and more.
Amalina joined WK & Partners as a Junior Engineer in May 2014 and was promoted to Senior Engineer in August 2018. Her work, which aligns with the company’s vision, goals and values, and her positive attitude have brought her to become the company’s associate in January 2020.
Her background is in infrastructure design, liaising with local authorities, preparation of tender documents, tender reporting and more. She specialises in planning and designing infrastructure such as sewerage, water supply, roads, drainage, and earthwork.
